How to filter the spam mails in user level at Linux Cpanel?

Follow the below steps to filter the spam mails in user level at Cpanel. 

Step 1: Login to Cpanel account. 

Step 2: Now click the User Level Filtering icon in home page. 

 

Step 3: Click the Manage Filters link of the account, for which you wish to filter the spam mails. 

 

Step 4: Then click the Create A New Filter button under the title "Create Filter". 

 

Step 5: In the text box "Filter Name", enter the mail id, from which you are getting spam mails. Then once again enter the same mail id under the title "Rules". 

 

Step 6: Now choose an option in "Actions". A set of options are available, which helps in filtering the mail. You can choose any option for e.g. Discard Message. It will discard the spam mails. 

Step 7: Finally, click the Create button to develop a new filter. 

Step 8: You can also make use of the options under the actions menu. Select any option for e.g. "Redirect to email" and enter the mail id in the text column to which you would like to redirect the spam mails. Then click the "Create" button. 



Step 9: If you like to forward/store the spam mails in particular folder, then select the option Deliver to Folder. Now click the "Browse" button and choose the respective folder in the directory. The spam mails will be forwarded to the particular folder.
