Follow the below steps to restore and take backup in phpMyAdmin.
Step 1: Login to Cpanel.
Step 2: Click the phpMyAdmin icon in the home page.
step 3: Then click the Export menu and select the type of export.
Step 4: If you pick Quick option, then you can select the format from the available list and then click "Go" button.
Step 5: In case you choose, Custom option, then you will be allowed to select a database format of your choice. Then click "Go" button without fail.
Step 6: Then click the Import menu from the menu tab and click the Browse button.
Step 7: Now select file available in your local computer system and set the options for the required fields in same page.
Step 8: Finally, click the Go button to end the process.
