We are having issue with server hard disk. Few sectors of the hard disk is failing and hence causing issues with some of the server services. We are migrating the data from the current server to a brand new one. The process has been already initiated and we expect this to complete under 24 hours. As the current server is slow due to bad hard disk, the process is consuming more time than usual.
You also need to be rest assured that, all your data are safe and we have backups of your accounts with us.

Hope this will get ready soon.
Note : i was consulting to a customer about my business and was telling to all that our hosted servers are 99% up always. in the mean time i opend my own web site was not opening.
this is really so painfull.
please do it as on priority.
