By filtering your mail through Anti Spam Filtering System, even though the mailbox is not configured, Anti Spam Filtering System WILL scan and clean messages for viruses at no charge.

  Each domain name on the Internet can have an "MX" record associated with it that publishes where email should be sent for the domain.
  For domains that use Anti Spam Filtering System, the MX record is set to point to Anti Spam Filtering System. All incoming mail for the entire domain is sent to Anti Spam Filtering System. In the case of Anti Spam Filtering System, there are four (4) MX records so that in the event part of Anti Spam Filtering System fails, mail can be sent to a backup server for redundancy.

• How Do I Know if a Message Has Been Filtered ?
  A username and password will be provided to you for a private quarantine that will allow you to login any time and view all emails marked as spam. Access to a private whitelist, or list of addresses that should always be accepted, and a private blacklist, or list of addresses that should always be marked as spam is also available from the interface.
  If a message is filtered that is legitimate, you can select to have the message delivered normally. The message will then be sent to the destination mail server where it can be downloaded to your mail client as any other legitimate message. You can choose to add the recipient to your white list to avoid Anti Spam Filtering System mistaking mail from the sender as spam in the future. If there are messages in your quarantine, you will be sent a reminder email every seven (7) days.
